These terms govern your use of plotsy.pt and the Plotsy waitlist. By using the site, you accept them.
1. A product in development
Plotsy isn't available yet. The features, integrations, examples and timelines on this site show what we're building and may change, be delayed or never be released.
2. Waitlist
Joining is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. It doesn't guarantee access to the product, an access date or any particular commercial terms. You can leave at any time by emailing geral@plotsy.pt.
3. Using the site
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to try to compromise its security and not to sign up other people's email addresses without their permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Plotsy name, logo, copy and design of this site belong to Plotsy. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and mentioning them does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
5. Liability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it is always complete or error-free, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of a dispute, you may go to the Portuguese courts or to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body.
