Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, what we use it for and what your rights are. It applies to plotsy.pt and to the waitlist for Plotsy, a product still in development.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Plotsy, Rua São Francisco Xavier, n.º 11, 2670-519 Loures. For any privacy question, email us at geral@plotsy.pt.
2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address, the language you viewed the site in, the form you used and the sign-up date.
When you visit the site: the server temporarily logs technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and abuse prevention.
3. What we use it for
We only use your email to send you news about Plotsy's development and to invite you to early access. We don't send third-party advertising and we never sell or hand over your data.
4. Legal basis
Joining the waitlist is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Technical server logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email while you're on the waitlist, up to 24 months after the product launches, or until you ask to leave. Technical server logs are deleted after 30 days.
6. Who we share it with
Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers, which acts as a processor and only handles it on our instructions. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We only use one technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and your browser's local storage to remember the language you chose. Because they are strictly necessary, they don't require consent.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by emailing geral@plotsy.pt. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
9. Changes to this policy
When Plotsy launches, this policy will be updated to cover the service itself. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email.
